The X3
The X3 is the 3rd iteration of our performance groveler. We took the classic outline of the original X-Model and combined that with foil and concaves of our TunaBunny model to make something really special. A board that paddles great, is fast and loose in the pocket, and can be ridden in anything 1-4 foot, and even pretty solid waves. Expect a lot of driver and hold from this board with a controlled release when necessary. The team has been having a lot of fun on this board saying it has the paddle power and down the line speed of the TunaBunny, with that added performance of a shortboard. And this thing holds. The air guys love it too. On the other side this board also works really well for those transitioning to their first ever shortboard. You get that extra volume in a short package that performs well in more critical surf. But also the added stability of a wider plan shape. Rolled vee in the nose also helps slip into waves on those steeper drops giving you little extra freedom push it a bit. This board is a great daily driver, great average to weak waves board, great for intermediate/beginners who want the shorter board under their feet.
